1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AICreators ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Ganakys Codilla Apps (OPC) Private Limited ("Company"), registered in India.

2. Description of Service

AICreators is an AI-powered platform for managing faceless YouTube channels. Services include:

  • AI-generated content planning and video creation
  • Automated YouTube upload and scheduling
  • YouTube analytics tracking and monetization monitoring
  • Media asset management and storage

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must have legitimate ownership or management authority over any YouTube channel you connect
  • You are solely responsible for all content uploaded via your channels
  • You must comply with YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • You must not use the Platform to produce misleading, harmful, or policy-violating content
  • You must disclose AI-generated content as required by YouTube's policies
  • You must not share your account credentials with others

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our Platform (videos, images, scripts, narration) is created using AI models. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may require review before publication
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is uploaded
  • We do not guarantee that AI content will comply with all YouTube policies at all times
  • YouTube's policies on AI content may change — our Policy Monitor helps you stay informed

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
  • Subscription limits (channels, videos, uploads) are enforced per your plan
  • Upgrading takes effect immediately; downgrading takes effect at next billing cycle
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. YouTube API

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You own the content you generate through the Platform
  • We retain rights to the Platform software, design, and technology
  • AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of underlying AI providers (Google, Microsoft)

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • YouTube account suspensions resulting from content policy violations
  • Loss of revenue due to scheduling errors or service downtime
  • YouTube API limitations, quota restrictions, or policy changes
  • Accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your generated content is retained for 30 days, then deleted
  • You can revoke YouTube API access via Google Account permissions

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
