2. Data We Collect

When you use AICreators, we collect:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password (hashed)
  • YouTube Data: Channel analytics, video metadata, subscriber counts — accessed via YouTube API with your explicit authorization
  • Generated Content: Videos, images, audio, and scripts generated through our AI pipeline
  • Payment Information: Processed by Razorpay — we do not store card numbers or bank details
  • Usage Data: Features used, generation counts, login timestamps

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Upload and schedule videos to your authorized YouTube channels
  • Display channel analytics and video performance on your dashboard
  • Generate AI content (videos, images, scripts) as requested by you
  • Process subscription payments via Razorpay
  • Monitor YouTube policy changes that may affect your channels
  • Improve our service quality and fix technical issues

4. YouTube API Usage

Our use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access YouTube data only with your explicit OAuth consent. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

5. AI Content Generation

Content is generated using Google Gemini (images, scripts) and Edge TTS (narration). Your content prompts and generated outputs are:

  • Processed by third-party AI APIs (Google Gemini) to generate content
  • Stored on our servers for your access and download
  • Not shared with other users or third parties
  • Deleted upon your request or account deletion

6. Data Storage & Security

  • OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
  • Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12)
  • All communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Access is protected by JWT-based authentication
  • Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant)

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Generated content: Retained for 30 days after generation (or until deleted by you)
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years per Indian tax law requirements
  • Activity logs: Retained for 90 days
  • Account deletion: All personal data deleted within 30 days of request
